Exciting news! Whatcom Land Title has secured a new way to deposit earnest money, using Closinglock.

Using Closinglock will enable a buyer to link their bank account from their computer or mobile device to securely transfer their earnest money to WLT.

To use this new program, the buyer simply notifies the escrow closer that they would like to make a mobile deposit. The buyer will be sent a link by text and or email allowing them to securely log into Closinglock’s portal. In the portal, the buyer will be able to securely link their bank information to transfer their payment.
