Title Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Title Clerk. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and researching, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Your exceptional customer service skills will be essential in providing support to clients throughout the title process.

Responsibilities:
– Process and review public record, ensuring accuracy and completeness
– Conduct research to verify property ownership and resolve any title issues
– Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to title transactions
– Assist clients with inquiries regarding title status and provide exceptional customer service
– Coordinate with external agencies to obtain necessary documents for title processing
– Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to real estate titles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour
