Brandi Morgan

Please join the Whatcom Land Title Team in wishing Brandi Morgan, our warm, caring, professional and dedicated employee of over 20 years, all our best to her as she begins a new business endeavor as the owner/baker of Heavenly Scones!

Brandi started at Whatcom Land Title in February 1999 and her last official day was September 30, 2019. During Brandi’s time at WLT, she formed many new lasting friendships as she worked in our Customer Service Department, and eventually became our Lead Recording Officer. Brandi always worked with a beautiful smile on her face and radiated a positive attitude! From her friendship, to mentorship and leadership, Brandi was an excellent example of our company culture. Whatcom Land Title extends our greatest appreciation to Brandi and wishes her every success in her new business!

Please visit Brandi at heavenly-scones.com to place an order, and for more information on her divine new business. As Brandi states on her website, “My goal when you’re eating one of my scones or cookies is that you feel like you’re eating something that is homemade and wrapped in love.”

Judi MacPhee

Judi MacPhee was a treasured Whatcom Land Title employee for over 25 years.  Judi began her career at WLT in 1992 as the Human Resources / Marketing Manager. Some years later, she transitioned to holding one title, Marketing Manager. In early 2019, Judi retired from her final role as WLT’s biggest cheerleader and Marketing Rep.  Judi is enjoying her retirement in the beautiful Lynden community with her husband Al, taking time for family, gardening, travel, and shopping.

Eric Moe

After graduating from Oregon State University, Eric lived with his grandfather, Waldemar Spliid, in Portland, Oregon.  It was his grandfather who introduced Eric to the heads of Pioneer National Title 40 some years ago. This led him to eventually join the Whatcom Land Title family where he was a dedicated employee for 14 years.

Eric plans to spend his retirement being active in the great outdoors and visiting old friends.  He loves to hike, swim, observe birds and wildlife, kayak, and enjoys a fine locally sourced meal and drink.  We will miss Eric’s positive attitude, knowledge, and incredible sense of humor as we wish him well on his next great adventure.

As we move forward we’ll keep in mind one of Eric’s favorite quotes from Mahatma Gandhi, “Health is wealth, not pieces of silver and gold.”

David Goddard

David Goddard, who had been active in the Title and Escrow industry for over 40 years, is an original founder of Whatcom Land Title Company. David retired as President of WLT at the end of 2016. He is fondly remembered among employees and customers alike for many trademark sayings, purposefully mismatched shoes, and his contagious laughter. David still visits the office from time to time when he’s not enjoying retirement cruising around Bellingham in one of his sports cars.
